How do I determine the right frame size for my face?
Most frames have three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm, representing lens width, bridge width, and temple length. You can compare these to your current glasses or use our virtual try-on tool to see how different styles fit your face shape.
Do you offer prescription lenses for all frames?
Yes, we offer high-quality prescription lenses for the majority of our optical and sunglass frames. During the checkout process, you can upload your prescription or send it to us via email later.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom prescription lenses may be subject to a partial restocking fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping for non-prescription frames typically takes 3-5 business days. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our lab to custom-craft and quality-check your lenses before shipment.
Are your sunglasses 100% UV protected?
Absolutely. All SELECT EYEWEAR sunglasses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection to ensure your eyes are fully shielded from harmful rays while maintaining a high-fashion aesthetic.
