Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the eyewear in the original hard case and box, ensuring the cleaning cloth and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Apply the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
